My Journey

Having survived toxic relationships of my own. The experience afterward always left me confused and lost. During my time being single after my last relationship. I took the time to use self-reflection and deep thinking into my problems and saw the red flags I ignored and the mistakes I also made. As time passed and as I grew older, I became wiser and started to change my behavioral patterns and mindset about myself and my outlook on relationships.

Not only did my wisdom allow me to learn from my mistakes. I started to give other people advice also and in time the new person I became inspired me to become a relationship coach to help others as a result of my life experience and knowledge.

I learned about handling conflict and also about relationships and what causes them to break down. I read and researched what I could find out about couples, dating, and how people cope with breakups. What I learned gave me the ability to use it in my coaching sessions.

I use my insight and perspective as a guide to help my clients take a new approach with their partner. I also give individual clients a new outlook on life.

I worked on, studied and received certification in Relationship Coaching, Relationship Coaching Relationship Building After An Affair and received additional certification in Understanding Abusive Relationships. I also currently have two books available on Amazon. Healing From The Affair and The No Contact Rule.

From helping to identify attachment styles, trauma bonds, self-esteem issues, or toxic traits including gaslighting and manipulation, I'm committed to helping others gain knowledge and use it to rediscover who they are and work through challenges to improve their relationships and also themselves. The purpose I have is to help anyone who has experienced emotional and mental heartbreak that can be a direct effect of a toxic relationship they have experienced or other dating and relationship issues

By combining my knowledge of over 15 years of working with clients with the techniques I learned. I developed an effective way of helping people change their lives.

And for that I am thankful!
