If you prefer to have a session with only you being involved or if your partner is unwilling or unable to attend, then that's where an individual session can help you figure out your separate concerns.

As your individual coach, I'll give you advice on how you can focus on yourself more and explore your past experiences, and anxieties that may be affecting the relationship in a negative or toxic way, either because of your actions or the actions of others. In addition, I'll work with you and make sure your mental and emotional well-being is where it needs to be.

During the session, I can help you find the cause of your relationship problems and separate your own issues you're going through. I can sort out your past and look into the connections developed with people and other relationships you've had before so that I can have a better understanding of your behavioral patterns and what happens when you're faced with negativity and other problems. By talking about your past, I can have a better understanding of your mindset and what makes you who you are as a person.

  • Isolation: At times you can feel lonely and miss important connections and support. With my session, I can give you the opportunity to grow self-awareness and develop important life coping skills.

  • Healing. You can have a hard time trusting others and forming a new connection due to past betrayal or hurt. You might also have unresolved past traumas or emotional wounds that you still haven't healed from. Together we can discuss this and I'll tell you step by step the best way to organize your thoughts and emotions in order to deal with this problem and how to recover from it.

  • Codependency: If you notice a pattern of people-pleasing behavior that leaves you feeling unsatisfied, you might be co-dependent. This is a form of relationship addiction. People with this issue find themselves in relationships that are one-sided, abusive, and can be emotionally destructive. Together we'll take a look inward in order to shape what your personal needs and wants should be and how to use them to find inner strength so that you can be able to stand on your own power and strength in order to not be always dependent on others emotionally.

  • Unhealthy Patterns: Sometimes during a relationship, you might feel stuck in a repetitive pattern and find yourself not being able to break free from negative cycles or toxic situations. This is where I can find out underlying issues contributing to how and why this is happening to you and then help to recognize and fix these patterns. The goal is for you to build a stronger sense of self-worth and value so that you can break out of bad cycles.

As your coach, I'll support you in processing and healing from these experiences and also promote your emotional well-being.
